Job description

We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM Developer to design, develop, and implement workflow solutions supporting the Non-USD Cash Workflow initiative. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on IBM BPM development experience with strong expertise in IBM BPM Process Designer, process modeling, BPDs, Coach Framework, UCAs, workflow integrations, and related IBM BPM technologies. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand workflow requirements, develop scalable solutions, support testing, and resolve workflow-related issues within aggressive project timelines., * Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions for the Non-USD Cash Workflow initiative.

  • Model business processes using IBM BPM Process Designer.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Process Definitions (BPDs).
  • Develop and maintain User Collaboration Activities (UCAs).
  • Build and enhance user interfaces using the IBM BPM Coach Framework.
  • Develop and maintain Process Modules, SCA Modules, Mediation Modules, and related integrations.
  • Implement business rules and workflow logic.
  • Develop and maintain human task functionality.
  • Implement appropriate message handling and error handling mechanisms.
  • Work with Business Objects (BO) and Service Data Objects (SDO).
  • Develop workflow integrations using IBM BPM integration services and libraries.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, validate, and document workflow requirements and designs.
  • Participate in testing activities, troubleshoot workflow issues, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions within aggressive project timelines.
  • Participate in Agile development activities when applicable.
