Job description

Own and advance shared CI/CD infrastructure components
Resolve reliability issues within CI/CD systems
Build and maintain AI tooling and orchestration infrastructure
Manage shared sandbox infrastructure for AI agents
Drive adoption of AI tooling with engaging resources and support
Participate in design discussions and provide mentorship to team members
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience with independent feature delivery
Experience with CI/CD systems, ideally GitLab CI or Jenkins
Hands-on with developer-facing tooling, particularly AI-related tools
Deep proficiency in Python or TypeScript for real feature development
Proficient in Kubernetes and Helm on AWS or Azure
Experience designing CI/CD infrastructure for multiple teams
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
