Entry-Level Doc Control

We are seeking an entry-level contractor to support our Quality and Supplier Management teams by reviewing and organizing data packages used for shipping final products. This role focuses on checking supplier documentation, ensuring information is complete and accurate, and helping maintain compliance for each product or program.

• Enter, update, and validate records in Microsoft D365

• Review qualification and data packages and input required information

• Check documents for accuracy and compliance with internal quality requirements

• Identify and correct incomplete or outdated records

• Work with internal teams to clarify missing information or requirements

• Keep documentation organized for all updates and approvals
