IT Support Technician

A client is seeking an IT Support Technician for a contract opportunity that will sit out of Louisville, KY. This employee will help support a network device refresh project so the client is seeking someone with a good technical understanding and strong communication skills. On a daily basis this individual will be answering phone calls and chat messages from field technicians completing the refresh and will provide assistance to them. If a candidate has a good understanding of networking hardware that would be helpful.

1+ year of technical support experience Basic understanding of network equipment - routers, switches, cables Strong communication and documentation skills
