Job description

We are looking for an experienced consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions while automating business processes and improving operational efficiency., * Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
Develop and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
Build, optimize, and manage Power Automate flows for workflows, approvals, notifications, and business process automation.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party applications.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
Follow best practices for CRM architecture, performance, security, governance, and environment management.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales, Customer Service, or related modules.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong experience creating automated workflows, approvals, notifications, and process automation using Power Automate.
Good understanding of Dataverse, connectors, solutions, and environment management.
Experience with CRM customization, plugins, JavaScript, and integration techniques.
Knowledge of Azure services, REST APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Experience Required

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
