Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on enterprise or line-of-business applications, ideally form- and workflow-heavy systems.

Demonstrated ability to build and document a reusable design system (design tokens, component library, interaction standards).

Strong information-architecture and navigation-design skills for complex, multi-module applications.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and the ability to produce wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Experience designing responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and defining the associated breakpoints and behaviors.

A track record of running design reviews and securing stakeholder sign-off, not just producing screens.

Ability to design around platform constraints and translate design into implementable patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Direct experience designing for Power Apps (including Canvas Components) and/or SPFx/SharePoint Online front ends.

Familiarity with the Microsoft Fluent UI design language and icon set.
-
Experience collaborating closely with Business Analysts and solution architects
