Genesys Cloud administration and configuration
ACD, IVR, Architect, routing, queues and skills
User, roles, permissions, divisions and licenses
Telephony configuration, SIP and number management
Call-flow and IVR troubleshooting
Genesys Cloud Analytics and reporting
WEM / Workforce Management
Outbound campaigns
Genesys Cloud APIs, REST APIs and data actions
CRM integration, preferably Salesforce
ServiceNow / enterprise application integrations
JSON, JavaScript/Node.js or scripting
Production support and incident troubleshooting
Change/release management
