- 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX
- Genesys Cloud administration and configuration
- ACD, IVR, Architect, routing, queues and skills
- User, roles, permissions, divisions and licenses
- Telephony configuration, SIP and number management
- Call-flow and IVR troubleshooting
- Genesys Cloud Analytics and reporting
- WEM / Workforce Management
- Outbound campaigns
- Genesys Cloud APIs, REST APIs and data actions
- CRM integration, preferably Salesforce
- ServiceNow / enterprise application integrations
- JSON, JavaScript/Node.js or scripting
- Production support and incident troubleshooting
