What you’ll do… Role summary: As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. This role requires ownership of the full software lifecycle, ensuring quality through system design reviews and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, mentor engineering talent, and drive technical excellence. • Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and data-driven decision making.

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with mentorship skills and sound technical judgment for architectural decisions.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize engineering processes.
