Requirements
FedTec is seeking an experienced Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) with deep expertise in Pega PRPC architecture, rule design, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate is Pega CSSA certified, brings 8+ years of industry experience, and demonstrates strong capability in designing high-quality Pega solutions, supporting testing and deployment cycles, and optimizing performance and security. Experience working in Agile environments and ensuring solution quality and traceability is highly desired Location: New Carrollton, MD (REMOTE) Clearance: Active IRS-MBI clearance Basic Qualifications
- Experience with building Pega applications using Dev Studio
- Experience with designing applications using Pega’s Situational Layer Cake model, including frameworks
- Experience working within an Agile environment as a Dev Lead on a Scrum or team construct
- Experience with Pega platform version 7.x and higher
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) Certification
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with data migration, data modeling, and data integration
- Experience with programming languages, including Java, .NET, C#, or JavaScript and Node
- Experience working with federal clients in a consulting capacity
- Experience with Pega platform version 8.x
- Knowledge of Pega Cosmos Themes or similar UI framework
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related filed
- Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) Certification
