nFull Stack Software Engineer

As a Kastle Systems Software engineer, you will have an opportunity to contribute to our award winning* highly available and distributed platform that is deployed on platforms ranging from microcontrollers, headless Linux IoT controllers, datacenters, and the AWS and Azure clouds. Our products work to keep people safe while adding convenience and providing excellent customer service to the building managers and enterprise customers that use our Security-As-A-Service platform.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree that provides a solid foundation in computer programming. \n \n \n

• 3-5 years experience in application development using C# \n \n \n

• 3-5 years experience in front end development using HTML+CSS and Javascript, with popular libraries and frameworks such as jQuery/Bootstrap, Angular/React, Vue.js, or others \n \n \n

• 3-5 years experience working with relational databases (SQL) - preferably SQL Server, including but not limited to: Performance troubleshooting, Stored Procedure design/review, data analysis \n, + 1-2 years experience with CI/CD workflow in a cloud container orchestration environment (Kubernetes). \n, + 1-2 years experience incorporating Ai prompting into the development workflow to maximize development velocity. \n

This position will play a hands on role in building and supporting the internal Kastle toolset that is used 24/7 by Kastle operations staff to provide the highest level quality of service and support to our customers. • Support and expand Kastle’s internal applications, generally written in PHP, C#, and JavaScript \n

• Provide internal integration support for Kastle’s APIs. \n

• Support the relational database (SQL Server) to which the systems are backed, through procedure reviews and performance analysis \n

• Problem-solve issues and help to develop and improve systems to meet business needs \n
