Junior Web Developer

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to assist in building the internal tools and data interfaces used by our advisory team. This role is currently supporting a major project where a Belgian logistics firm is centralizing its data structures, requiring clean and accessible web applications to manage complex pricing models. We stay through the execution phase because decisions that look sound in theory often fail when they meet real world friction., In this position, you will work directly with our principals to translate financial logic into functional web tools. This is a fully remote role that requires a disciplined approach to independent work. You will not be building marketing sites or flashy interfaces: your focus will be on the technical utility of dashboards and internal applications that handle large sets of financial data. What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining internal web applications used for data visualization and financial modeling.
• Building clean, responsive frontends that allow our team to input and analyze pricing assumptions.
• Connecting web interfaces to backend databases to ensure real time updates of project metrics.
• Troubleshooting technical issues within our proprietary toolset to minimize friction for the advisory team.
• Collaborating with senior principals to understand the specific logic required for each financial project.
• Documenting code and processes to ensure that tools remain maintainable as projects scale.
• Assisting with the technical centralization of data for our current logistics sector engagements.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards of logic and security.

• A foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework or a backend language like Python or Node.js.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent project experience.
• A strong interest in how data is structured and how it influences financial decision making.
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.
• Attention to detail and a skeptical eye for errors in logic or data display.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical constraints to non-technical colleagues.
