  • IT-AnwenderunterstĂźtzung (1st- & 2nd-Level-Support, Ticketing)
  • Behebung von Hard- und SoftwarestĂśrungen
  • Installation von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Hard- und Software)
  • Benutzermanagement sowie Verwaltung und Administration von mobilen Geräten
  • Kontrolle und Aktualisierung des IT-WIKI
  • Verwaltung von Softwarelizenzen
  • DurchfĂźhrung von Systemeinweisungen und Schulungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) fĂźr Anwendungsentwicklung oder fĂźr Systemintegration, Kaufmann fĂźr IT-System-Management (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Client Betriebssysteme, Office Produkte und Client Hardware
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit lokalen Applikationen
  • Kenntnisse im IT-Servicemanagement
  • Prozess- und Schnittstellenverständnis
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
