Job description

  • Funktionale Verwaltung, UnterstĂźtzung und Optimierung unserer ERP-Umgebung
  • Analyse von Anwenderanfragen und deren Umsetzung in praktische LĂśsungen
  • Testen, Konfigurieren und Dokumentieren von Änderungen
  • Beratung von Key- und Endanwendern bei der EinfĂźhrung neuer oder geänderter Prozesse
  • UnterstĂźtzung internationaler ERP-Implementierungen innerhalb der KOTI-Gruppe
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung der Datenqualität
  • IT 1st-Level Support

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Betreuung von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Anwenderfragen in klare LĂśsungen zu Ăźbersetzen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Gelegentliche internationale Reisebereitschaft
