Job description
Design, deploy, and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters across multiple environments (production and non-production).
- Manage full lifecycle of OpenShift clusters: installation, upgrades, patching, scaling, and certificate management.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and Python/Bash for provisioning, configuration management, and day-2 operations.
- Build and integrate CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
- Support development teams in migrating and deploying containerized applications.
- Implement and maintain platform security (RBAC, SCCs, network policies, secrets, certificates, security compliance).
- Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stack.
- Manage persistent storage integrations (CSI, Ceph, ODF) and troubleshoot networking issues (OVN-Kubernetes, Ingress, Routes, DNS).
- Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and create operational runbooks.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience, with strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Proven experience managing enterprise Kubernetes platforms in production.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes primitives (Pods, Deployments, Services, CRDs).
- Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift administration (installation, upgrades).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Ansible, Python, Bash).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, documentation, and knowledge sharing skills. Desired Qualifications:
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- Experience with OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt), Advanced Cluster Management and Security.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
