Strategic Product ManagementDefine, communicate, and execute the product vision and continuous roadmap aligned with company goals.Engage with cross-functional business stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, HR, and Leadership) to identify business pain points, refine requirements, and turn them into actionable tech initiatives.Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and analytics to identify continuous product enhancement opportunities.Evaluate integrations across foundational enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and proprietary core applications) to ensure a cohesive technical ecosystem.2. Product Ownership & Agile DeliveryOwn, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring user stories, feature specs, and acceptance criteria are clear and well-defined.Drive end-to-end Agile software development cycles (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives).Serve as the primary point of contact for software engineers, architects, and QA teams to clarify requirement details and resolve delivery blockers.Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health metrics to assess delivery velocity, quality, and post-launch adoption.Track and control all the costs and hours of the developments tems.3.
