Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred
  • 8+ years of data analytics or related experience
  • Must have healthcare data analytics experience, solving problems, interpret and translate findings into actional insights - specifically with healthcare claims data
  • Statistical forecasting experience with claims data
  • Visualization experience via Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders, leadership; presenting finding, requirements gathering, etc.
  • Data extraction/validation via SQL
  • Experience working with data warehouses, databases, or enterprise data systems
  • Statistical programming experience via Python
