Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions on LNWs instance. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across the full Salesforce development stack including Lightning Web Components and Apex, platform automation and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, writes clean, well-documented and maintainable code, and is passionate about delivering solutions that drive real business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with demonstrable expertise in Apex, LWC, and platform automation.
- Proven experience writing Apex triggers, asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled), and complex Flows.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, sharing and security model, and governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
- Practical experience connecting Salesforce to third-party systems through integration platforms or middleware tooling.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce deployment lifecycle including change sets, and version control.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus).
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns and streaming platforms used alongside Salesforce.
