  • Build and maintain client-specific reports and dashboards within the Paradigm ERP system.
  • Write and manage SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze client ERP data.
  • Translate operational and business questions into meaningful data views and business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Validate data accuracy across orders, inventory, production, and accounting records.
  • Create custom report formats based on requests from customers and support teams.
  • Improve and document reporting standards, templates, and best practices used across client projects.
  • Complete reporting tasks independently while managing multiple requests efficiently.
  • Communicate completed reports and reporting updates to customers and internal support staff.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you thrive in a focused, low-stress, on-site work environment where you can independently write SQL queries and create reports to solve data challenges behind the scenes?, * Experienced: Has at least 1 year of experience working with SQL Server, SQL queries, or data reporting tools; recent college graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

  • Customer-Focused Communicator: Enjoys working with customers, building trust, understanding reporting needs, and serving as a dependable resource throughout client projects.
  • Knowledgeable: Experience working with ERP systems or other complex business systems is preferred; manufacturing industry exposure is helpful but not required.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with computer systems, relational databases, and data modeling concepts.
  • Focused Problem Solver: Prefers analytical, behind-the-scenes work that requires concentration, accuracy, and self-direction.
  • Reliable & Organized: Manages multiple reporting requests accurately while maintaining strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Values-Driven Professional: Appreciates a supportive, faith-based company culture built on responsiveness, care, flexibility, and integrity., * Has at least 1 year of experience working with SQL Server, SQL queries, or data reporting tools
