ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for schematic capture, PCB layout review, BOM generation, debugging, and testing of server motherboards, backplanes, and add-on cards * Modify and enhance existing designs to improve performance, quality, and reliability of server products * Execute Design Verification Testing (DVT) using oscilloscopes and other lab equipment * Collaborate with BIOS, firmware, validation, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design and quality issues at an early stage * Ensure products meet engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations * Create comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications, layout guidelines, test procedures, and, to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, * Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting * Experience with Linux shell scripting and automated testing is a plus SALARY RANGE $148,000 - $165,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
