Lead Developer (Flutter)

We’re seeking a talented and visionary Lead Developer to take full ownership of the technical vision and development of our mobile application. You’ll work directly with the founder to build the product and engineering team, playing a key role in shaping the company’s future., * Lead Development: Architect and implement Flutter app for iOS and Android (and desktop & watch soon)

• Drive Innovation: Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and tools, and adopt new technologies that improve dev workflows and product quality.
• Automate / Scale: Develop automated tests and CI/CD pipelines to improve the delivery cadence and reduce manual overhead.

Do you have experience in Technology security practices?, * Proven experience leading Flutter development on production mobile apps (3+ years preferred).

• Proven experience implementing encryption and security best practices in mobile apps.
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers or other serverless platforms.
• Knowledge of Neon DB or PostgreSQL-compatible serverless databases.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, AI/ML models, and third-party services.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app deployment processes.
