3+ years of experience in data platform, data engineering, or platform/infrastructure roles in production. Hands-on Snowflake or similar experience as a platform, not only as a SQL engine: you know what storage integrations, stages, shares, warehouses and the RBAC model are and when to use each. Solid experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC. Experience with Apache Airflow or a comparable orchestrator, including operating it and not only writing DAGs. Experience with AWS (S3, IAM) and working knowledge of what Iceberg tables are and how they fit into a lakehouse. Daily usage of GitHub for version control and CI/CD , and a security-first mindset. Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English B1 or higher.
