Job description

Design and develop scalable backend applications using GoLang
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Optimize application performance and scalability
Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability
Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional engineering teams

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with GoLang (Golang)
Experience building Microservices Architecture
REST API / gRPC development
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Cloud exposure preferred (AWS or Google Cloud Platform)
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Strong understanding of distributed systems
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Agile/Scrum environment experience, * 8+ years of software development experience
4+ years specifically in GoLang
Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
Exposure to financial or enterprise platforms is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
