Technical Support Specialist

About the Role We are hiring for two Technical Support Specialist positions to join our team in Elche. You will be the go-to expert for customers working with our precision equipment - installing and configuring devices, training end users, and troubleshooting milling machines, 3D printers, and CAD software. This is a technical, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving real problems on-site and over the phone. Two Positions, Two Language Profiles Both roles are identical in responsibilities and requirements, and differ only in the second language needed: * Position 1: English and German (fluent) * Position 2: English and Dutch (fluent) Key Responsibilities * Install and configure devices at customer sites and in-house * Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing end-user support * Install milling machines and diagnose technical problems * Install 3D printers and diagnose technical problems * Test CAD systems and replicate reported software bugs * Create and maintain clear technical and end-user documentation What We’re Looking For * 1-3 years of experience in technical/field support, installation, or a similar hands-on technical role * Fluent English (written and spoken) * Fluent German or Dutch (written and spoken), depending on the position * Comfortable working with mechanical and electronic equipment (milling machines, 3D printers) * Basic familiarity with CAD software, or strong willingness to learn * Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication skills * Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site installations and support What We Offer * A varied, hands-on role combining hardware, software, and customer contact * Structured onboarding and ongoing product training * A collaborative team based in Elche * Competitive salary based on experience
