Explore ourFREE Learning and Leadership Development programsto shape the career you’ve always envisioned.Key Responsibilities:As aTechnical Support Advisor, your duties will include:Resolving hardware, software, and application issues remotely for customers.Initiating on-site support when remote fixes are not possible.Keeping customers updated on their case status.Documenting case histories and interactions in our CRM for seamless handovers and reporting.Contributing to our Knowledge Management System (KMS) by sharing insights with the team.Assisting Care Center Agents and customers with product specifications, maintenance routines, and technical guidance.Providing support to Field Service Engineers during on-site troubleshooting when needed.What Were Looking For:We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are driven by curiosity and a passion for learning.
