Job description

Build and maintain full-stack software applications supporting investment research and internal business processes

Develop production-quality applications using TypeScript and modern full-stack technologies within the T3 ecosystem
Write Python for scripting, automation, data processing, and internal tooling
Design and work with relational databases and write production-quality SQL
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from problem definition and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Requirements

2 to 7 years of professional experience in full-stack software development

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack development
Strong hands-on Python experience with ability to read and write Python for scripting and automation
Experience working with AWS and cloud-based application environments
Strong understanding of relational databases
Experience writing production-quality SQL
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing, debugging, and system design
Strong problem-solving skills and genuine curiosity about technology and data Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI engineering, LLM APIs, or generative AI applications
Experience building AI-powered automations or agentic workflows
Experience working with financial markets, investing, fintech, quantitative research, or financial technology
Academic background in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline
