Job description

Product Owner defines analytics priorities, translates operational and portfolio requirements into actionable technical tasks, and ensures delivery of secure, scalable, and mission-aligned solutions. Responsibilities include: Serve as the accountable product owner for mission analytics and visualization solutions Translate leadership priorities into analytics roadmaps and product backlogs Align dashboards, AI/ML outputs, and data products to portfolio-level decision needs Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and risk management Ensure compliance with DoD security, documentation, and quality standards Facilitate Agile workflows and continuous improvement Coordinate across data science, engineering, visualization, and cloud teams Ensure deliverables support RDTE,N and S&T portfolio objectives Here’s what you need: Ten (10) years of experience providing IT services to the Department of Defense Five (5) years of experience in IT project management Experience in cost, schedule, risk, and

quality management Experience interfacing with senior-level government and military personnel Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Bonus Points If You Have: Experience supporting analytics or data modernization programs Experience supporting RDTE,N or S&T portfolios Experience in Federal or defense cloud environments Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; five (5) years of experience providing IT services to DoW may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree. Work Schedule: Hybrid Compensation and Benefits: The projected compensation range for this position is $143,000-$196,000.
