Job description

  • Develop portfolio performance indicators and analytic frameworks
  • Conduct S&T impact analysis and maturity assessments
  • Integrate financial execution data with S&T datasets
  • Support RDTE,N formulation and execution analytics
  • Develop executive-level analytic narratives and visual products
  • Support bibliometric and forecasting analysis

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience performing S&T assessments or portfolio analytics
  • Experience conducting impact analysis in a Federal or defense environment
  • Experience with statistical methodologies and modeling
  • Experience creating analytic products for senior leadership

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience supporting RDTE,N budgeting
  • Experience with bibliometrics, patent analysis, or forecasting
  • Experience working with financial systems in Federal environments

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret Clearance

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; five (5) years of experience providing IT services to DoW may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

Benefits & conditions

The projected compensation range for this position is $132,000-$185,000.
