This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field., As a Permanent Associate Attorney-Public Entity Defense, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Representing public entities in complex litigation cases.
2. Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing cases for trial.
3. Managing all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution, including discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
4. Providing legal advice to public entities on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and policy development.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure effective case management.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting public entities.
7.
