Job description

In this role you design and build production-grade AI systems on Azure, enabling engineering teams to adopt AI-native software practices. You work hands-on across coding, IaC, CI/CD, test automation, and observability to ensure scalable, secure delivery. You shape AI agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and governance for enterprise AI initiatives. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and client teams to deliver real, testable AI solutions that impact engineering productivity and intelligent automation. Compensaciones / Beneficios

Design and build production-grade AI systems on Microsoft Azure
Enable engineering teams to adopt AI-native software engineering practices
Hands-on coding, IaC, CI/CD, test automation, observability, and operational readiness at scale
Design AI agent architectures and evaluation frameworks
Implement secure delivery pipelines and governance for enterprise AI delivery
Build RAG pipelines, AI assistants, agent workflows, AI gateway components, and MCP-based integrations
Deliver AI-native engineering workflows using GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, and security patterns
Create reusable templates, reference implementations, demos, and onboarding kits
Own implementation workstreams (retrieval, orchestration, AI gateways, Copilot enablement)
Mentor engineers, review code, and support architecture decisions for AI-assisted adoption

Requirements

Senior engineer with deep cloud-native engineering experience
Experience with GenAI, RAG, agents, and AI gateways
Strong Azure experience (Foundry, xqbhyrx Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Functions, API Management, AKS, Container Apps, Key Vault, Cosmos DB)
Proficiency with IaC, CI/CD, test automation, observability, and governance
Ability to design and implement evaluation and safety patterns, telemetry, and cost tracking
Experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, and secure PR patterns
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and client delivery
Mentorship and architectural decision support for AI-enabled development
