Scrum Master

Scrum MasterQuant Capital is urgently looking for a Scrum Master to join our high profile client.Our client is a well known LSE Listed financial technology firm in the payments space. They have a global team of 400.The Scrum master will be responsible for 1 or more teams and we are looking for them to come in and improve Agile process and productivity going forwards. We also want this person to act as an Agile Coach, coaching development squads. You will work closely with Product Owners ensuring the product vision is shared efficiently with the developers, ensuring all goals are reachedWe are looking for a true Agile and Scrum Guru who can take a business with little exposure to a fully-fledged team as well as potentially add to the architecture or development management side of the project.On a day to Day Basis the Scrum Master will: * Set up a deliverable programme of development * Act as Scrum Master and lead progress to more effective agile planning and delivery. *

Co-ordinate delivery within time, budget and quality constraints; * Manage the impact of changing priorities; * Act as process owner for planning and delivery.You will be expected to work with multiple areas of the business and wear a number of hats. This is fast paced small business type challenges where autonomy is given from day 1. The first project will be planning a large business sprint over the next month.Scrum Masters must have: Degree from an established University Scrum Master Certification Exposure to .NET development ideally Web Services Previous experience working as a Scrum Master and preferably coach Scrum Master certified Experience of Scrum and Kanban Experience working with single or multiple teams and on products that are independent Strong knowledge of the SDLC Good communicators across different stakeholders JIRA and Confluence skills This is a unique opportunity for someone to expand further into financial technology. You should be driven and interested to gain some serious investment management experience as well as taking on a volume of responsibility.
