Job description

Every functional area, in every industry, is on an AI Journey. The power of machine learning to dramatically improve company key performance indicators is being proven every day. But, although we feel every large organisation is on an AI journey, the path to value is unclear.

There are three key barriers to deploying AI and machine learning at scale:

  • Building data pipelines that feed both the development and deployment of machine learning models
  • Improving consistency, reducing effort and expanding the ability of data scientists to address the growing range of business problems from prediction to prescription
  • Building out the necessary infrastructure to support 100s of machine learning models in production, including the necessary governance and compliance patterns.

The ideal candidate will have strong integration and stakeholder management skills coupled with a wealth of governance knowledge within a delivery environment. Delivered multiple complex deliveries covering a number of technologies. The Scrum Master will be required to work in a team environment and will be responsible for full project life cycle including oversight of Sprint Planning, prioritization till delivery then through to service transition.

  • Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well
  • Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
  • Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
  • Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
  • Coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques
  • Identify and analyse scope of delivery
  • Document and execute the delivery plan
  • Manage day to day governance, financials and resourcing supporting delivery
  • Deliver within an Agile environment
  • Work within a team environment and collaborate with the client
