ICT Support Analyst

Our client is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to join a dynamic team based in Birmingham. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build on your IT support experience while contributing to exciting projects and infrastructure initiatives. You’ll play a key role in delivering IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of all ICT services for stakeholders.

In this position, you’ll provide both in-person and remote support, triage ICT-related issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining asset management processes, monitoring service KPIs, and contributing to project coordination activities. This is a technical role, ideal for someone with experience in a corporate ICT environment supporting Office 365 applications, Windows 10/11, and service desk ticketing systems.

• Hands on experience of IT support for Office365
• Experience of working with ICT suppliers in an outsourced environment
• Ability to prioritise, deliver to agreed deadlines and manage expectations
• Experience working with Service Desk ticketing software
• Working knowledge of service delivery frameworks
• Ability to triage and monitor service desk tickets through to resolution
• Appreciation of data security/privacy legislation
• Strong experience of supporting process improvement activities.
