Product Owner

The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, architects, development teams, UX designers, and Scrum teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-value products that meet business objectives and customer needs., Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business objectives.
• Align product strategy with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Backlog Management

• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Define and prioritize Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure backlog refinement and readiness for sprint planning.
• Balance business priorities, technical debt, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, customers, senior leadership, and technology teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and product discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and product outcomes.

Agile Delivery

• Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
• Provide clarifications and business decisions during sprint execution.
• Ensure successful delivery of product increments.

Banking Product Management

• Define and enhance banking products and customer journeys.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across banking platforms.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and governance standards.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
