Systems administrators provide support, automation, and management for a wide variety of enterprise technology, including a sophisticated Windows and Linux desktop/server environment, cutting-edge storage and clustered computing solutions, and a number of communications platforms.The ideal Systems Administration Team Lead will have:· A, degree form

a top institution, · Five to ten years of relevant experience.· Well-developed leadership, communication, judgement, project management, and organizational skills are essential, as is a proven track record of both managing a team and building out processes and operations.· Familiar with corporate IT infrastructure (i.e., the technology described above) and have a holistic understanding of how an IT support group operates.· Experience with end-user computing, automation, analytics and reporting, and customer outreach is required, as is familiarity with high-touch/white-glove service.This role suits a candidate who has had responsibility early on in their career, someone who has worked in smaller agile companies with continual change.
