This is a role for a senior software developer who is comfortable investigating unfamiliar technical problems, quickly developing a deep understanding of them, and communicating the results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience gives you the technical credibility to solve difficult problems; your ability to explain them simply is what makes you successful in this role., * Experience building with either Shopware 6 or Magento 2, bonus if you worked with Tideways, or other PHP profilers and APM software

  • At least some experience publishing content about any computer programming-related topics, bonus for PHP and everything built on PHP, Linux administration, performance optimizations, and profiling.
  • Strong English writing and speaking skills and the ability to explain technical topics in clear and simple words.
  • Strong German writing and speaking skills, as it’s used exclusively for internal company communication, and ~50% of our customers are from Germany.
  • Familiarity with, or interest in, AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.
  • Residency and Work-Permit in Germany

  • Summer hours: work 80% in June, July, and August and get paid 100%.
  • Daycare costs for licensed/registered daycare providers are paid on top of salary
  • Flexible work hours, 30-40 hours per week possible
