Job description

Good communication skills handling VIP and end users.
Hands on experience in hardware support (desktop /laptop, printers etc)
Printer installations
Conference room setup and testing
MAC OS setup and troubleshooting (important)
OS imaging using PXE, flash drive etc
Remote user support
Experience using ITSM tool
Ticket queue handling to adhere SLA commitments
Hardware inventory management
Win & Mac OS troubleshooting
Android & IOS support in configuring
Manage and Troubleshooting applications like outlook, excel etc
Work closely with offshore desktop engineering , helpdesk, IAM and other teams
Ready to work between both NYC and NJ locations as needed
