WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Join our European Planning Team within the Consumer Electronic division and help turn complex business data into clear, trusted insights for well-known product areas such as audio, cameras, personal care and kitchen appliances.
- Develop and enhance Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse architectures, semantic models, data integration processes and data engineering workflows that form the foundation of Panasonic Europe’s reporting and analytics platform.
- Design, develop and maintain management reports, interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI, enabling business stakeholders across Europe to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Drive automation and reporting excellence through Python-based solutions, data quality management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reliability.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to support reporting, planning and forecasting processes while contributing to the future development of Panasonic Europe’s data and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Data Analytics or equivalent education
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar BI, data analytics or reporting role
- Strong experience with SQL, data modelling, data integration and analytics/reporting platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Excellent SQL and data processing skills, including Python (primarily PySpark), as well as Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Work experience in an international environment with remote collaboration is a plus
- Excellent English skills; German skills are not required.
- Available to come to the Wiesbaden office at least 2 days per week.
