Own and manage the finance systems landscape across global operationsOversee day-to-day finance systems operations, incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed service levelsLead finance systems enhancement initiatives, process improvement, automation, and adoption of best-practice financial controlsAct as the primary SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including configuration, optimisation, and ongoing performancePartner with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise improvements, and translate needs into system solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve finance processes, eliminate manual activities, and enhance efficiency through technology and automationManage third-party vendors, support partners, system maintenance, and project outcomesPromote data governance and system controls to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable financial data and reportingLead user engagement, training, and change activities to maximise
