Job description
- Own and manage the Dynamics 365 F&O roadmap across all entities within the group, aligning it with business functional priorities and technical dependencies.
- Manage system configuration and governance, including legal entity structures, master data, and chart of accounts alignment.
- Act as the primary voice of the business sitting between Finance & IT, ensuring solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver standardised, fit-for-purpose reports and dashboards.
- Lead change management and training to improve ERP adoption and reduce reliance on external support.
- Champion continuous improvement, agile best practices, and automation across finance processes.
- Design and embed robust finance processes within systems and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration, modules, reporting, and system administration.
- Strong Finance/accounting background, ideally qualified.
- Expertise in financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong skills in Power BI/advanced excel.
- Prior experience in a multi-national company or complex organisation with global reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
