You’ll support a wide variety of clients across industries, helping them get the most out of Service Cloud’s powerful capabilities.TasksHow you help us make digital transformation tangible:Implement features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge, and EntitlementsTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on timeConduct workshops and training sessions for users and stakeholdersSupport go-lives and post-deployment enhancementsDocument solutions and contribute to internal best
