Salesforce Consultant

Presenting - Help prepare client presentationsRequirement gathering - Attend workshops to gather notes, write up requirements and collect feedbackBusiness processes - Maintain ‘way of working’ within teams to execute projects in an efficient and timely mannerSolution design - Work with delivery and technical colleagues to transform client requirements into best practise Salesforce solutionsConfiguration - Configure client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of dataTesting - Support unit testing, system testing, and acceptance testing activitiesDemo - Demonstrate the solution to the client at regular intervals during the buildTraining - run workshops to train clients and AdministratorsClient relationship - engage with client stakeholders to analyse business processes and functional requirementsTravel - A willingness to travel as and when requiredTechnical Skills:2+ years of project delivery experience or Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis experience covering one or more of the core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, etc.Project management knowledge:Agile project methodology experienceThe ability to define user stories and scope projectsThe ability to write and document detailed user requirements and playbackFunctionality knowledge:Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practicesExperience with 3 rd party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors is a plus e.g. Conga, etc.Nice to have:Preferred - Salesforce Certified Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or othersBusiness Skills:Communication - good communication skill and interpersonal skillsTeamwork/Collaboration - team orientated, with experience supporting less experienced membersPresentation Skills - good ability to share product expertise and business knowledge to audiences of all levelsProblem Solving - good ability to anticipate problems and identify
