Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for an E&BI Insights Monitoring Program Lead who is an experienced, strategic, analytical, and collaborative healthcare compliance professional to join us in our compliance function team, based in our UCB office in Atlanta, GA. About The RoleAs the Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Insights Monitoring Program Lead, you will be part of the broader healthcare compliance team. In this role, you will shape the strategic direction, execution, and continuous enhancement of UCB’s monitoring programme. You will oversee the design and successful implementation of monitoring plans, manage monitoring vendors, and introduce innovative ways of working, while collaborating closely with the wider E&BI team to deliver clear and comprehensive communication to local stakeholders. Based in the United States, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key operations and work seamlessly with global teams.
