Job description

Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-powered AI models and applications for consumer-facing experiences.
Build autonomous AI agents using LLMs, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and contextual reasoning.
Develop agent workflows supporting planning, decision-making, memory/context management, and multi-step task execution.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and business systems.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and AI service integrations using Python.
Work extensively with OpenAI / ChatGPT technologies, including OpenAI APIs, models, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.
Build reusable frameworks for agent orchestration, tool execution, context management, and workflow automation.
Develop evaluation harnesses to measure accuracy, relevance, reliability, latency, safety, and overall agent performance.
Implement AI safety mechanisms, including guardrails, content controls, validation, human-in-the-loop workflows, and responsible AI practices.
Establish reliability engineering practices for AI applications, including monitoring, logging, tracing, error handling, fallback strategies, and performance optimization.
Fine-tune prompts, model configurations, and agent workflows based on evaluation results and production feedback.
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate consumer needs into AI solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the quality, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI services.
Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, and OpenAI engineering.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy advanced AI/LLM solutions that enhance consumer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, OpenAI technologies, AI agents, APIs, and LLM-based application development, with hands-on experience building autonomous agents that can reason, plan, use tools, and integrate with enterprise systems., * Python - Advanced

Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
Experience with prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management.
Experience designing multi-step agent workflows and orchestration patterns.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, data structures, testing, and debugging.
Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
