Looking for candidates who have built and deployed production Agentic AI systems.
Banking or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication and hands-on architecture experience are required., Client is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing production LLM applications, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and AI evaluation frameworks while integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and microservices., * 7+ years of Software Engineering experience with senior-level ownership of production systems.
Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-based Agentic AI systems in production.
Strong programming experience with Python and Java.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Context Management, and Tool/Function Calling.
Experience with PyTorch and LLM model fundamentals.
Experience with vLLM, OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar inference platforms.
Strong knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, CI/CD, Caching, Queues, and Observability.
Experience integrating AI solutions with Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Sierra, Decagon, or similar Agent Builder platforms.
Experience building Voice AI or Contact Center AI solutions.
Experience with LangSmith, Braintrust, or other AI evaluation frameworks.
Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and model evaluation strategies.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
