Requirements

IBM BPM / BAW Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IBM BPM/BAW administration, installation, configuration, and production support. Must have strong WebSphere Application Server (WAS) administration, clustering, JVM tuning, and performance troubleshooting experience. Experience with BPM application deployments, release management, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server integration, LDAP/SSO, and certificates is required. Strong Linux/Unix, scripting, monitoring, RCA, and DevOps automation experience is preferred.
