Digital Accessibility Analyst

* Evaluate web and mobile digital products for accessibility compliance and best practices. * Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits to identify issues and verify remediation. * Apply WCAG guidelines to guide design, development, and testing decisions. * Create user stories and acceptance criteria to support accessibility requirements in Agile workflows. * Present accessibility findings and recommendations to designers, developers, product owners, and leadership.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a corporate environment. * At least 2 years of experience in digital experience design, UX research, usability, or a related field. * Strong working knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility testing methods. * Experience with manual and automated accessibility audits for web and mobile products. * Practical experience using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, NVDA, and screen magnification. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
