Job description

Manager, Order to Cash Depoloyment (SAP / S4Hana Implementation)

Manager, Order to Cash Deployment (SAP / S4Hana Implementation) - Tampa, FL (hybrid)

Support the ONE O2C roadmap by driving Order-to-Cash process standardization, ERP deployments, requirements gathering, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner across Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, GBS, and IT to deliver process enhancements and future-state O2C capabilities.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Support O2C transformation and ERP deployment projects
  • Serve as O2C SME for process design, requirements, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead business process documentation, UAT, and change management activities.
  • Drive standardization, process improvements, and governance initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and support project execution, risks, and milestones.

Requirements

  • Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge, including Credit, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or transformation projects; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of O2C process design, controls, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, lead stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
