Job description

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Support - IT Analyst/Programmer in Phoenix, AZ., * Design, develop, configure, and support applications using Power Apps and Power Pages

  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflow automation solutions using Power Automate
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Create and maintain application documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles
  • Monitor application health, perform routine system checks, and respond to support tickets
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Power Platform, SQL Server, SharePoint, and external APIs
  • Write T-SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and application support
  • Develop PowerShell and/or Python scripts to automate data movement and operational processes
  • Create, maintain, and schedule jobs that deliver timely and accurate reporting data
  • Support system interfaces and data exchanges with external organizations while ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Maintain application security, support environment governance, and assist with user training
  • Provide support for mission-critical cloud-based applications
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation and respond to high-priority production issues as needed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, cloud-based applications, SQL Server, and business process automation. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work directly with users to deliver effective technical solutions. This position is 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ., * 2+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process documentation

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • 2+ years of experience supporting cloud-based applications in a production environment
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Experience integrating applications with SharePoint, SQL Server, and APIs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and user support materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power Pages
  • Experience with Azure services
  • Experience developing ETL processes using PowerShell and/or Python
  • Experience creating reports with SSRS
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and administration
  • Experience supporting highly available or mission-critical business applications

Benefits & conditions

This is a one-year contract assignment. 100% onsite work is required in downtown Phoenix (close to Chase Field).

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
