- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of six (6) years of systems engineering and/or software engineering experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical environments; candidates without a Bachelor’s degree may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must possess an additional four (4) years of relevant engineering experience. Masters Degrees may count towards experience.\n
- Experience developing Python-based automation solutions, GUI applications, and utilizing enterprise analytics or monitoring platforms to support infrastructure and mission operations\n
- Knowledge of BOM integration, systems engineering lifecycle processes, and ISO/IEC 15288 standards, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills in fast-paced mission environments\n
- Security Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with Polygraph\n

This role leverages Python development, GUI applications, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) integration capabilities to automate processes, enhance system performance, and improve operational visibility across mission systems. The position requires collaboration with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership to solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 15288 systems engineering standards and delivering high-quality technical solutions in support of mission objectives.\n \n \nPrimary Responsibilities\n \n \n
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation tools and infrastructure solutions supporting enterprise and mission environments.\n
- Develop and enhance GUI applications and dashboards for operational monitoring, data visualization, and system management.\n
- Analyze system performance, operational data, and technical trends to support mission and engineering decisions.\n
- Support BOM integration, configuration management, and infrastructure sustainment across enterprise systems.\n
- Apply systems engineering principles throughout the system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, operations, and maintenance.\n
- Perform technical analysis and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements, modernization efforts, and engineering alternatives.\n
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop technical documentation, resolve system issues, and ensure quality engineering deliverables aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 standards.\n
