Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in RPGLE, Synon, RxClaim, and CLLE/SQLRPGLE to lead development and delivery activities in an onsite-offshore model. The ideal candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders, offshore teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful project execution, quality assurance, and production deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination between onsite and offshore development teams.
• Gather, clarify, and communicate business and technical requirements to offshore teams.
• Collaborate with customer technical leads and delivery managers on project execution.
• Review and approve design documents, test plans, test results, and project deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Provide QA and regression testing support.
• Support pre-deployment and production deployment activities.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare/pharmacy benefit management environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
